Associate Members are the home building industry’s suppliers, service providers and product manufacturers that support the industry in many different capacities and are a vital component of the association. This includes membership to our local chapter (Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association), Utah State Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.

Builder Membership Dues $ 525

Builder members are directly involved in building homes. They include small-volume builders, production builders, light commercial builders and remodelers. This includes membership to our local chapter (Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association), Utah State Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.

Additional Options:

Legal Fund (Optional) $25 one time

With increasing rules and regulations being imposed by different levels of government, the HBA needs the clout to make a difference in the election process.

Century Club (Optional) $100 one time

Club membership provides sponsorship opportunities at member events.

PAC Fund (Optional) $50 one time

The Political Action Committee (PAC) contributes funds to local and state election candidates throughout Northern Utah and in state legislature who support the building industry.
